PERSONAL TRAINING

I work with people one to one, can work in two’s threes and fours. The marker of a good Personal Trainer is someone who really addresses your needs. Working with different people all have different needs in relation to their goals, I always look at clients goals, what their preferences in training are we sit down for a while before starting a plan to see that it could work. We look to set achievable goals and I explain how I can help. I look to find a best fit for the person I am working with, everyone is unique and the aim is for them to get good intrinsic reward from each session. Being safe and effective I encourage and check every repetition for best technique. The aim is always to get the very most benefits from each and every session. Sometimes we have a coffee after the session to discuss other things, it’s all about getting the best from the sessions and to work on various aspects around it to make sure it’s all a positive experience.

Working with many clients who have an area and / or gym facilities at their residence works well as we get a structured plan together. Outdoors is also a regular with clients where I live, just checking the weather and if it’s only a slight drizzle then water resistance jackets on. 

When I worked with the Hollywood director, I sourced an ideal facility not far from his London residence. Going into a number of facilities in the area I would see what they had and how it would work with the training plan. Finding the ideal club they were happy for us to join and train there.

‘As long as you have a goal, we can make it work’

I always look to arrange an initial meeting so we can both know it could work, to give clients the option, as long as everyone is happy to then proceed. A big part of this is people, they need to sure they will get what they are looking for and comfortable to make a start on their goals with me. 

What I also like is many of my clients are friends too, it comes down to respect. I like to train people as my experience in offices of the dog eat dog mentality I just cannot function in. Here I can excel as it’s my direct input to help make that difference.

I am going to upload plans which can be accessed and printed off involving ideal plans to meet various needs you may have, in the meantime I can meet any need you may have to help with a plan which can be a few weeks to a month, three, six or a year depending what your goals are :

Weight loss – muscle gain – specific shape – supportive plan – for a sport – any goal

We can also focus on range of movement, flexibility, mid section work, speed, balance, and how to improve in any are and get the results you want. I aim to make the sessions as the client would want, if there’s a focused goal and time range we will focus and get to work. If the sessions are to say lose a bit of weight and reach the goal we can do that.

I am open and fourth right and want to help make the difference to yourself.

Prices for set sessions are available on request, block booking sessions are more cost effective and depending on location.
